Before you start
How much does a tattoo cost?
There’s no fixed price: it depends on size, detail, placement and the number of sessions. We give you a quote once we’ve looked at your idea together.
Do I need to book?
Yes, custom tattoos are booked in advance. Message us on WhatsApp or drop by during opening hours.
Can I send you a reference I found on Pinterest or Instagram?
Yes, it’s the best way to show us what you like. A reference is a starting point: the artist reworks it and adapts it to you and to the placement. Send it to us on WhatsApp.
I don’t have an idea yet: do you have designs to choose from?
Yes: at the studio you’ll find our Flash Book, with ready-to-tattoo designs drawn by the Bunker artists. Drop by, browse it and pick the one you like.
What is the Flash Book?
A collection of ready-made designs drawn by the Bunker tattoo artists. You’ll find it at the studio.
Can I drop by the studio to look at it?
Of course. We’re at Via Luigi Pirandello 9 in Monopoli: opening hours are on the Contact page, or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you do custom tattoos?
Yes, it’s our main work: every design starts from your idea and is drawn by the artist for you and for the placement you choose.
Do you do cover-ups or restylings?
Often, yes. It depends on the colour, size and condition of the tattoo: send us a well-lit photo and we’ll take a look together.
Can I get a tattoo while I’m on holiday in Monopoli?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your idea, or come by the studio and browse the Flash Book.
How do I choose the artist?
Look at the work of Blerina (black & grey, realism) and Marco (linework, fine line, old school) and pick the style that feels like yours. If you’re not sure, send us your idea and we’ll tell you who suits it best.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp with your idea or reference, or come by the studio: we’ll set the appointment together.
Piercing, events and gift cards
Do you do piercings?
Yes: on Piercing Days, no booking needed, or by appointment. All about piercing.
What are Piercing Days?
Days dedicated to piercing when no booking is needed: just come at the times listed for each day. We announce the dates on social media.
What are Flash Tattoo Days?
Days when you pick a ready-made design and get tattooed on a walk-in basis, no booking needed. When we plan one, we announce it on Instagram.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, Bunker gift cards can be used for a tattoo or a piercing. Ask us in the studio.
The studio
How long does a session take?
It depends on the project: a small tattoo takes little time, a large piece may be split into several sessions. We’ll tell you when we prepare the quote.
How do I choose size and placement?
It depends on the subject: a detailed design needs space to stay readable over the years. We try out sizes and placements together.
How do you handle hygiene?
Everyone working here holds the regional health and hygiene certificate. We use sterile, single-use equipment and sanitise the workstation after every session.
